3/22 Small Cap Movers

Trade suggestions in bold.
Big Gainers
IDRA up 19% - Up solely on a JMP securities op ini and $8 PT. $8 is so much higher than the stocks $2 stock price, that it makes sense to have such a huge runup. However, with a $300M+ market cap, and JMP not being the most reputable sellside analyst, IDRA will probably fade tomorrow.
IDXG up 17% - No apparent news why stock is up, but 4x average volume. There must be some reason why the stock is up, possibly from a newsletter.
CLNT up 16% - No news explaining the rally. Company is tiny, $4M market cap. No trade here.
DLTH up 14% - Up on impressive Q4 earnings. Slightly beat on revs, EPS, and raised FY17 guidance from revs and EPS. No telling where it trades tomm.
XOMA up 13% - Up from PR that it paid off some of its debt.
GEMP up 12% - A biotech focusing on treatment of dyslipidemia cardiovascular disease. Never heard of this one, up on no news.
XBIT up 12% - No news why the stock is up. People must be having faith that their cancer treatment might work, despite all the negative articles earlier.
XENE up 11% - Ended the day at highs, and 52 week high. No news explaining why it's up.
MRDN up 11% - Seems to be up off a bullish SA article. There doesn't seem to be other news. No trade.
Big Losers
GLA down 23% - Data storage and security company. Losses equalled $6.03 per share, about as big as the stock price. That seems bad. Company has $50M in cash and no debt. No trade.
XELB down 22% - Down on bad earnings. Is a nanocap at $50M market cap. Is a brand development and media company in the US. No trade.
VBLT 21% - No news explaining the decline. Down on 5x normal volume. Didn't start falling heavily until about 2:30pm. On whitediamondresearch.com, we've been bearish on this company for awhile.
AWX down 14% - No news explaining the decline. Is a very small company, $9M market cap.
SHLD down 12% - Down after SHLD gives a going-concern warning. This shouldn't be a surprise for shareholders, but I guess it was. A bankruptcy seems inevitable at this point. Asset sales will just shrink the company, making it harder to payoff debt. Hard to understand the game played here, but it's likely the downtrend will continue for one more day and then a small bounce.
FTR down 11% - Down after GS analyst reduced PT brutally from $3 to $1.50. Said its weakening fundamentals may cause a suspended dividend.
TTNP down 9% - No news explaining the drop. An OTC BB biotech.
VTL down 8% - Priced common stock at $4 per share. Suprising that it broke the offering to close under $4. This stock slowly continues to decline. This will no doubt fail its trail next year. The stock rightfully got pummeled based on fundamentals, same with VBLT, 2 failed biotechs that have stayed alive too long.
COE down 8% - Down on earnings miss. English teaching in China business. This is a winner take all business, the jury is still out on the is company but it looks bearish.
